What counts as an API call?
An API call is one successful request to any of our endpoints: a vector tile, a geocode, a route calculation, an isochrone or a static map. Each successful request counts as 1 call.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Service is never interrupted. Calls beyond your monthly quota are billed at 0.5 TND per additional 1,000 calls and appear on the next month's invoice.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is commercial use allowed on every paid plan?
Yes, commercial use is allowed on every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Business, Pro and Enterprise). Only the Free plan is restricted to non-commercial use, with TMaps attribution required on the map.
Do you offer pricing for non-profits or public projects?
Yes, we offer preferential terms to non-profit associations as well as public, educational and research projects. Reach out via the contact page to discuss.
How does annual billing work?
Choosing annual billing gives you about 18% off (the equivalent of 2 free months per year). Payment is made once for 12 months of usage, in TND.
